Open the door, get on the floor, everybody do the dinosaur...
Yup, we went to see Ice Age 3 Dawn of the Dinosaurs. Movie was cute. Not as good as the first two but Max laughed ALOT and that's what matters. Oh and Maggie actually watched for 30 minutes before asking if it was over yet. I really don't know why I waste the money on her. Speaking of money... movies here, in the DC area, are $8.50 for a stinking child matinee ticket! Then they had the nerve to tack on an extra $3 for 3-D!!!! That's each ticket people. It cost me $34 for the 3 of us to see a matinee. RIDICULOUS. All I can say is I'm happy we're in Colombia for a few more years because matinees there cost about $7 total. And don't even get me started on the charge for my 25 cents worth of popcorn.

hahaha sooo cute! that's what it cost us, too...so absurd to pay $11.50 for a kid to see a movie...and the first one of the day, too! had i known it would be full price i really would not have broken my neck to get out the door that early. =)
Movies out in town are expensive here, and funny enough they are in English with Japanese subtitles.
We go to the theaters on base, only about $25 for all of us. :) We're hoping to see Ice Age tomorrow. Sometimes the theater fills up, so cross your fingers for us!
Tony and I have stopped going to movies because they are too darn expensive! Sad - but we just wait until they are on demand!!! :)
Just catching up on the Flynns. Seems like I missed so much. Your posts always remind me to treasure what I have and not to sweat the small stuff. Thank you for being you!
I hate that they can charge that much for a KID movie!! It should be against the law or something:)
