Whoa - two posts in one day!
I want to be up to date "ish" before our cruise TOMORROW! Hopefully upon return I will have the time, computer power, and motivation to post in a timely manner. Until then...
Rakiura is a country club, I suppose, but you can also buy a day pass. We went ahead and got a years membership. At the price of a daily pass we figured we would come out even in no time. The pictures below are just of the water park. When it cools off a bit we'll add some tennis, horseback riding, golf... for now it's all water in this heat!

Kiddie pool area. Which is still fun for my kids.
This tower has a slide in it that is like a rocket! I took some photos but I'm thinking they are on Mike's camera. Anyone find that cord yet?

Wave pool.
See saw in the wave pool. There were atleast 6 kids, that we came with, all lined up on this thing for a great shot and I ran for the camera. Of course they were gone 5 seconds later.
The spaceship, as my kids like to call it. That's Max in royal blue with his buddies Sean and Jimmy.
Climbing up on this thing is a workout!
